Switch & Save

  1. This offer is now closed for new customers. All existing customers on this promotion must purchase online in order to receive this offer ongoing. Promotional codes will be provided through SMS message if you are eligible for this promotion.
  2. The Switch & Save offer was open to all customers porting into Lebara from another UK mobile network between 18.12.12 and 10.05.13.
  3. You must provide all relevant details to successfully allow the port in to be completed. This includes ID verification questions, PAC code, personal details and other questions that will ensure we meet requirements.
  4. When you Port in your number & buy a Freedom £29/£38/£39 product before 10.05.13, Lebara will provide upto £4 discount for each month you stay with us, provided you continue to buy the same product within 30 days of expiry.
    1. In the first month, £4 call credit will be applied to your account as soon as you port in, which can be used to put towards the cost of your Freedom product. Please note that this £4 credit is not reserved for the purchase of Freedom products and therefore, if you use your £4 for other calls, texts or data, this will reduce the discount you receive.
    2. From the second month onwards, you will pay only £25, £34 or £35, depending upon the product you buy.
  5. The discount is valid for as long as the product you have purchased is available and provided you re-purchase the product within 30 days of expiry of the previous one.
  6. Should you choose not to buy a Freedom product, you can enjoy this £4 credit, which you will only receive once on your initial port-in, for standard Pay As You Go usage at standard rates. If you decide to buy one of the Freedom products after the expiry period, you will pay the full price.
  7. This offer is only valid with Online promo code for the Freedom £29/£38/£39 products.
  8. Please be aware that the Port In process can take anywhere from 24 hours up to 5 days. In some circumstances, this will be longer if details need to be verified, or if there are system issues.

Free PAYG Call Credit when you top up promotion

  1. Promotion runs from 01.05.2013 untill 31.05.2013.
  2. Applies to Pay As You Go Top ups completed online only.
  3. Customers who top up will receive the free call credit, valid for the specified period, as below:

  5.  Free call credit will only be applied for single denomination top ups e.g. if you top up £20 as a single top up, you will receive £10 free call credit, valid for 30 days. However if you do 4 top ups of £10 each, you will only receive 4 x £2.50, valid for 30 days from the last top up.
  6. If you complete another top up before your free call credit expires, your free call credit expiry will be reset.
  7. Free call credit will only be applied for single denomination top ups only.
  8. Free call credit can only be used for UK and International landline and mobile calls (excluding premium calls) as well as UK and International texts. UK landline calls are those made to area codes 01, 02 and 03, excluding the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
  9. Free Call Credit cannot be used to purchase additional products (such as passes), roaming, voicemail, MMS, Charged Content, Mobile Internet (Data), Customer service calls, 0800, 0845 or other “toll-free” numbers and cannot be transferred.
  10. The free call credit will appear immediately after the top up is applied to the account.
  11. Any call, text or data charges will be deducted first from the free call credit (unless you have a Pass, which takes priority).

Free Lebara to Lebara UK calls and texts

  1. Promotion runs until 3.05.2013.
  2. Customers who top-up a minimum of £5 will receive Free Lebara to Lebara UK calls and SMS.
  3. The usage of calls & is governed by a fair use policy of 3000 minutes & 3000 SMS per validity period.
  4. Calls and SMS will expire according to the following table:


However, if you top-up before your existing minutes and SMS expire, their validity will be extended for the period outlined above, depending on the level of top-up.

  1. Valid only between Lebara customers in the UK.
  2. If you exceed the fair usage policy, or if your calls and SMS expire, you will be charged for your SMS and calls at Lebara’s standard rate.
  3. Calls and SMS may only be used in conjunction with your existing Lebara number and are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternatives or alternative credits will be given.
  4. Lebara reserves the right in its absolute discretion, including where it considers there to have been, and/or there is a suspicion of, any breach of these terms and conditions, any fraud or any abuse of the free calls or SMS, to refuse to grant calls and SMS or to seek reimbursement of any call time credit.

Free National Calls and Free Mobile Internet Promotion Terms & Conditions

  1. Promotions is available until 31.05.2013 unless extended.
  2. Customers are eligible for this promotion if:
    1. They receive a SMS or email stating that they can make a set amount of free calls (as stated in the SMS/email – “Free Calls”) to any UK mobile or landline.
    2. They receive a SMS or email stating that they can make a set amount of free calls (as stated in the SMS/email - “Free Calls”) to any UK mobile or landline if they top-up the stated amount in the period detailed in the SMS, and the customer does top-up the required amount in the stated time-frame.
    3. They receive a SMS or email offering a set amount of free calls (as stated in the SMS/email - “Free Calls”) if they make chargeable calls to UK mobiles or landlines for the stated number of minutes in the next month, and the customer does make the required chargeable calls to UK mobile or landlines within 30 days of the SMS being sent.
  3. Alternatively, instead of being offered free calls, the customer may, under the same conditions, be offered a mobile internet data allowance (“Free Data”).
  4. Unless otherwise stated the free minutes/data will be valid for 30 days.
  5. The free minutes can be used to call numbers beginning with 01, 02, 03 (excluding the Channel Islands), and 07.
  6. The free minutes cannot be used to call 0800, 0845 or other “toll-free” numbers.
  7. No cash alternative is available.
  8. Lebara shall use its reasonable endeavours to load the free allowance on to the customer’s SIM within 48-hours of the qualifying conditions being met.
  9. Lebara’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered in to.
  10. The scheme may be withdrawn at any time in full or in part at the absolute discretion of Lebara. Any withdrawal will be notified at http://www.lebara.co.uk/promotionsterms.

Top Up and Win Promotion

  1. Available to all Lebara customers who SMS ‘yes’ to 34001 to register their Lebara SIM. Customers only need to register their SIM once. Customers who are already registered to the scheme don’t need to do anything.
  2. Once registered, top-up at least £10 per week (Friday 00:00:01-Thursday 23:59:59) to win at least £0.50 credit. The £10 credit does not need to be in one top-up.
  3. Each week, each qualifying entrant will be randomly awarded call credit of at least £0.50 the following Wednesday:
    1. If you top-up at least £10 in the week, you will win either £0.50, £1, 1.50, or  £2 call credit
    2. If you top-up at least £20 or more in the week, you will win either £1, £1.50, £2 or £2.50 call credit
  4. No cash alternative is available.
  5. Lebara shall use its reasonable endeavours to load the call credit on to the customer’s SIM within two working days of the credit being awarded.
  6. Lebara’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered in to.

STAY Loyalty scheme

  1. This offer has now closed to new entry’s.
  2. Customers already entered who top up at least £10 per month (30 days) for three months (three consecutive 30 day periods) are eligible for the £10 free credit.
  3. You must continue to use the same SIM during this period to be eligible for the £10 free credit.
  4. Customers who are eligible will be given their free credit within 72-hours.
  5. The STAY scheme is not compatible with other loyalty schemes such as Top up & Win, Lebara Rewards or Online Lebara Rewards. Where a customer opts into Top up & Win they will be removed from STAY.
  6. Where the customer is entitled to £10 free credit they will receive an SMS confirmation to confirm this is available on their account.
  7. No cash alternative is available.

International Calls from 1p/min Promotion Terms and Conditions

  1. Promotion runs until 31.05.2013. You will be charged 1p/min for landline calls to Afghanistan, China, Hong Kong, India, Kenya, Macau, Nigeria, Poland, Singapore, Slovenia and Indian mobiles.
  2. All call rates are in pence per minute and are applicable 24/7.
  3. All other Lebara rates remain the same.  See www.lebara.co.uk/prepay/rates for up-to-date prices.
  4. This promotion may be extended, withdrawn or changed at any time in full or in part at the absolute discretion of Lebara. Any withdrawal or extension will be notified at www.lebara.co.uk/promotionsterms.

The Lebara Recommend a friend scheme Terms and Conditions

  1. In these terms and conditions “You” shall mean a customer with a Lebara telephone number. “Lebara” shall mean Lebara Ltd.
  2. The Lebara Recommend a Friend Scheme (the “Recommend a Friend Scheme") will terminate 31.05.2013 unless it is withdrawn or until further notice, whichever is earlier.
  3. Lebara reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Recommend a Friend Scheme at any time.
  4. You must be registered online at www.lebara.co.uk to be eligible to take part in the Recommend a Friend Scheme. You must also stay connected to Lebara on your current mobile number until your free call time credit has been redeemed and loaded on your SIM card. If you change your mobile number during the period that a new customer buys a SIM and cites your old Lebara number you will not be eligible for any free call time credit accumulated on that mobile number
  5. You shall qualify for £5 free call time credit when a new customer makes their initial top-up of £5 or more having cited your Lebara number when registering online. This is subject to a maximum of twenty £5 free call time credits per eligible customer.
  6. Any free call credit will not count towards any other incentive scheme including but not limited to the Lebara Rewards scheme. Please see www.lebara.co.uk for information on other incentive schemes.
  7. Free call time credit may only be used in conjunction with your existing Lebara number and is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternatives or alternative credits will be given.
  8. Lebara shall use its reasonable endeavours to load the free call time credit on to your Lebara number as soon as the new customer who cited your number has made their first top-up. Lebara shall send you a text message confirming your free call time credit has been credited.
  9. Lebara may keep you informed of your free call time credit balance from time to time by text message. By participating in this Recommend a Friend Scheme you agree to receive text messages relating to the Recommend a Friend Scheme.
  10. Lebara reserves the right in its absolute discretion to refuse to make any free call time credit or to accept any new registration. This will include (but is not limited to) where it considers there to have been or there is unfair usage, a suspicion of any breach of these terms and conditions, any fraud, any abuse of the Recommend a Friend Scheme, or if a number is barred.
  11. Lebara accepts no responsibility for any tax liability caused or incurred by an individual or business relating to this Recommend a Friend Scheme.
  12. By entering into this Recommend a Friend Scheme, you will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Recommend a Friend Scheme. All entry instructions are deemed to form part of these terms and conditions.
  13. Recommend a Friend £5 call credit is not offered in conjunction with the Free SIM with Top-Up Offer. To be eligible, Free SIM with Top-Up Offer customers need to register at www.lebara.co.uk and make their first paid for top-up of £5 or more.
  14. Lebara reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Recommend a Friend Scheme at any time. The current terms and conditions will be available at www.lebara.co.uk.
  15. The terms and conditions of the Recommend a Friend Scheme are to be read in conjunction with the General Terms and Conditions of Lebara which can be viewed at www.lebara.co.uk. In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of the Recommend a Friend Scheme and the General terms and conditions of Lebara, the General terms and conditions shall take precedence.

Number Transfer Promotion

  1. Promotion runs until 31.05.2013.
  2. In order to qualify for £4 credit, customer should have successfully ported into Lebara from their previous network and subsequently made a top up of £5.
  3. £4 call credit will be credited to the relevant SIM Card and may be used towards calls, SMS and/or MMS.
  4. The £4 call credit will be credited no later than 72 hours after the first top up mentioned in point 1.
  5. Please note that the number transfer promotion can be used in conjunction with other Lebara offers, schemes and rewards.

The FREE SIM offer is available through the Lebara UK website.  Customers must enter and submit the required details and the SIM card will be delivered no later than 7 business days later.   Lebara reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This promotion is only available while stocks last. This promotion is subject to Lebara’s terms and conditions including those relating to the protection of personal data. Only a maximum of 2 SIM cards per customer address will be allowed. 

Your £1 Free Call Credit Offer

  1. Offer valid on Lebara SIM cards requested online through www.lebara.co.uk/freesim before 31.05.2013.
  2. Receive £1 free call credit when you register your SIM with MyLebara.
  3. Registration must be completed by the end date outlined above. This includes the validation of the customers e-mail address.

Star Vijay NVOK Competition

  1. This Promotion is open to residents of Great Britain and France who are customers of Lebara and who are aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected.  Entry to this promotion is void where local country laws prohibit or limit participation.
  2. No purchase necessary however a valid Lebara telephone number is required.

    3. All travel bookings will be made via the Promoter’s nominated travel agency; 
    4. Once a booking has been confirmed no changes are permitted;
    5. If a booking is cancelled no alternative tickets will be issued and the tickets for that calendar year will be deemed to have been used;
    6. For the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided; 
    7. The winner and guests are responsible for ensuring that they are in possession of appropriate travel insurance to cover pre-existing medical conditions not covered by the insurance supplied with the prize, valid passports, visas and all health or other Government requirements prior to departure; 
    8. All travel is subject to the airline’s standard terms and conditions. Once booked, flights cannot be altered or amended and no refunds are possible; 
    9. Prize flights cannot be used in conjunction with any airline loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer; 
    10. once flight tickets have been issued, the Promoter, shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter or travel companies;
    11. All expenses not explicitly set out in these terms and conditions will be the responsibility of the winner.
  5. WINNER SELECTION:  All valid entries received by the relevant Closing Date will be entered into a prize draw to be conducted under the independent supervision of PromoVeritas the independent promotional verification service within 1 working day of the relevant Closing Date.  The final winner selection will take place on Tuesday 14 May 2013 and the finalists will be advised of which prize they have won within one working day of the date of the draw.
  6. WINNER COMMUNICATION: Winner will be contacted within 1 working day of the relevant Closing Date via the telephone number from which the entry was submitted  to advise that the entrant is a potential finalist and to enquire about their availability for the Main Prize. If a winning entrant cannot be contacted or does not respond to the Promoter's notification within 5 working days of initial contact by Promoter to confirm acceptance of their place in the Final, then the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw that entrant's prize entitlement and to select an alternative winning entrant from the pool of finalist to proceed to the Final and be in with a chance to win the Main Prize or a Runners Up Prize.
  7. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part to the prizes.
  8. Please allow 28 days from date of winner acceptance for delivery of Runners Up Prizes.
  9. The Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes, of equal or greater value, should the advertised prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond their control.
  10. ENTRIES: All entries must be made personally.  Entries made through agencies/third parties/ spambots/ code hacking/ multi-browser-bots are invalid.
  11. Entries not fulfilling the stated criteria will be deemed ineligible and disqualified. Where this is discovered after the prize has been awarded, the winner will be disqualified and the prize, or the equivalent value, returned by the entrant.
  12. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable to the winners for any loss or damage whatsoever caused (whether in contract, tort (including (without limitation) negligence), statutory duty or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with the prize draw and prize.
  13. In the event of any dispute the decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  14. Prize winner agrees to their name & photograph being used for promotional purposes and/or to take part in publicity.
  15. The name and county of the winners will be available between 1 July – 31 July 2013 at lebara.co.uk/NVOK / lebara.fr./NVOK.
  16. DATA PRIVACY: Entrants’ personal data will be used and will be held in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which is available on the Promoter’s website at http://www.lebara.co.uk/privacy-policy.  For further information or to make an enquiry about how your personal data is being processed, please contact us by sending an email to care@lebara.com.
  17. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
  18. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury suffered by any entrant entering the promotion or as a result of accepting any prize. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
  19. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion), the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
  20. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which us beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
  21. The Promoter is not liable for third party products or services and all elements of the prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier.

Phones4U Half Price Data Pass - Terms & Conditions:
