1. Free Call Credit Promotion

1.1 Promotion runs until 31 December 2015, valid only for Lebara Mobile UK Pay as You Go customers.

1.2 Applies only once the customer has opted in to/registered to the promotion by texting FREE to 38885 by 31 July 2015.

1.3 Applies to (i) Pay As You Go (PAYG) Top ups whether completed online or in store or (ii) bundles purchased whether online or offline/in store between the registration date and the 31st December 2015 as soon as such Top ups or (ii) the amount of the bundles reach a minimum worth £100. For the avoidance of doubt, with regards to bundles: if the customer directly buys a bundle online or offline/in store worth £100 then the customer is eligible to the free credit. If the customer sends an SMS to 38885 to buy a bundle worth £100 the customer is not eligible to the free credit. If the customer first does Tops ups reaching a minimum worth £100 then sends an SMS to 38885 to buy a bundle worth 100 the customer is only eligible to the free credit on the Tops ups not the bundle.

1.4 Applies regardless as to whether the £100 total PAYG Top up or bundles amount has been used.

1.5 Once the above conditions 1 to 4 above are met, Lebara will on the 30th day following the day the customer has reached £100 give a £100 free call credit spread over a period of 10 months in £10 monthly payments. So the customer will receive a £10 free call credit each month during such period of 10 months. The £10 free credit has a validity of 30 days from the date it is applied on the account.

1.6 Customers can only benefit once from the promotion.

1.7 The free call credit received is the same whether the auto top up option has been activated or not. The auto top up option can be turned off at any time (You must register to My Lebara and open a My Lebara account).

1.8 This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with the UK Get Online Promotion, however it can be used with any other existing promotions.

1.9 Free call credit cannot be transferred to any other customer.

1.10 Cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

1.11 If you complete another top up before your free call credit expires, your free call credit expiry will be reset and expire after 30 days from the new top up date.

1.12 Free call credit will only be applied for single denomination top ups only.

1.13 Free call credit can only be used for UK and International landline and mobile calls (excluding premium calls) as well as UK and International texts. UK landline calls are those made to area codes 01, 02 and 03, excluding the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

1.14 Free call credit cannot be used to purchase additional products (such as passes), roaming, voicemail, MMS, Charged Content, Mobile Internet (Data), Customer service calls, 0800, 0845 or other “toll-free” numbers and cannot be transferred.

1.15 Any call or text will be deducted first from the free call credit (unless you have a Pass, which takes priority).

1.16 The promotion may be withdrawn or changed at any time in full or in part at the absolute discretion of Lebara.

1.17 Lebara reserves the right in its absolute discretion, including where it considers there to have been, and/or there is a suspicion of, any breach of these terms and conditions, any fraud or any abuse of the service, to terminate suspected illegitimate services.

1.18 The General Terms and Conditions of Lebara which can be viewed at lebara.co.uk apply to this offer. In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of this offer, and the General Terms and Conditions of Lebara, the General Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.

2. Free SIM

2.1 The FREE SIM offer is available through the Lebara UK website. Customers must enter and submit the required details and the SIM card will be delivered no later than 7 business days later. Lebara reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This promotion is only available while stocks last. This promotion is subject to Lebara’s terms and conditions including those relating to the protection of personal data. Only a maximum of 2 SIM cards per customer address will be allowed.

3. NUS Promotional Terms and Conditions

3.1 What is the NUS promotional offer?
Lebara is offering all NUS members 10% off any Lebara Top-Up online.

3.2 Who can take advantage of the NUS promotional offer?
This promotion is open to any person resident in the United Kingdom who is eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who is a registered NUS member with a valid NUS card at the time of the promotion. IF YOU ARE NOT A REGISTERED MEMBER OF THE NUS YOUR USE OF THE PROMOTIONAL OFFER WILL NOT BE VALID AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE OFFERED DISCOUNT. Employees of Lebara or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible, nor are members of these employees’ families (being parents, children, siblings, spouses or life partners).

3.3 How can you receive the NUS promotional benefits?
To receive the NUS promotional discount, simply follow the standard Lebara online top-up journey at www.lebara.co.uk, entering your NUS number in the promotional code area for the discount to then be applied.

3.4 How many times can you use apply the promotional offer?
The 10% discount can be applied to any online top-up by a valid participant. Use of the promotional offer constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Lebara reserves the right to disqualify anyone who violates these Terms and Conditions.

3.5 How long do you have to enter?
This NUS promotion runs from 12.00:01 GMT on 14.06.2014 until 23.59:59 GMT on 30.06.2016 (inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).

3.6 Use of your entry:
Personal data which you provide when topping up may be used for future marketing activity by the Lebara Group if you do not opt-out (if applicable) at the point of entry. If you do opt-out, your personal data will be used by Lebara and agents acting on Lebara’s behalf only for the operation of applying the NUS discount.

3.7 Legal Stuff

  • You may be asked to provide identification proving your eligibility before the discounted offer can be applied.
  • No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this promotion or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Lebara’s decision shall be final.
  • Participants in this promotion agree that Lebara will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, costs, damage, disappointment or losses of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, misuse or use from participation in this promotion. Nothing in this clause shall limit Lebara’s liability in respect of death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence or liability arising out of Lebara’s fraud.
  • Lebara cannot guarantee the performance of any third party and shall not be liable for any act or default by a third party.
  • SPIRIT OF THE OFFER. If an individual attempts to compromise the integrity or the legitimate operation of this promotion by hacking or by abusing or by cheating or committing fraud in ANY way, Lebara may seek damages from that individual to the fullest extent permitted by law. Further, Lebara may withhold the discounted offer to such individuals at its sole discretion and may ban such individuals from participating in any of its future promotions so please enjoy our offer fairly.

4. Free PAYG Call Credit when you Topup

4.1 Promotion runs until 30.09.2016

4.2 Applies to Pay As You Go Top ups completed online only.

4.3 Customers who top up will receive the free call credit, valid for the specified period, as below:,

4.4 When making a £20 or £30 Top Up you will also receive an additional £5 FREE Call Credit, however by activating the auto Top Up when making a £20 Top Up you will receive an additional £10 FREE Call Credit every time an auto Top Up is made, the auto Top Up option can be turned off at any time. (You must register to My Lebara and open a My Lebara account).

4.5 If you complete another top up before your free call credit expires, your free call credit expiry will be reset.

4.6 Free call credit will only be applied for single denomination top ups only.

5. Unlimited Lebara to Lebara UK calls & texts

5.1 Customers who top-up a minimum of £5 will receive Free Lebara to Lebara UK calls and SMS.

5.2 Calls and SMS will expire according to the following table:

5.3 However, if you top-up before your existing minutes and SMS expire, their validity will be extended for the period outlined above, depending on the level of top-up.

  • Valid only between Lebara customers in the UK.
  • If you exceed the fair usage policy, or if your calls and SMS expire, you will be charged for your SMS and calls at Lebara’s standard rate.
  • Calls and SMS may only be used in conjunction with your existing Lebara number and are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternatives or alternative credits will be given.
  • Lebara reserves the right in its absolute discretion, including where it considers there to have been, and/or there is a suspicion of, any breach of these terms and conditions, any fraud or any abuse of the free calls or SMS, to refuse to grant calls and SMS or to seek reimbursement of any call time credit.

5.4 The General Terms and Conditions of Lebara which can be viewed at www.lebara.co.uk apply to this offer. In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of this offer, and the General Terms and Conditions of Lebara, the General Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.

6. Number Transfer Promotion

6.1 Promotion runs until 30.09.2016.

6.2 In order to qualify for £4 credit, customer should have successfully ported into Lebara from their previous network and subsequently made a top up of £5.

6.3 £4 call credit will be credited to the relevant SIM Card and may be used towards calls, SMS and/or MMS.

6.4 The £4 call credit will be credited no later than 72 hours after the first top up mentioned in point 1.

6.5 Please note that the number transfer promotion can be used in conjunction with other Lebara offers, schemes and rewards.

6.6 The Offer may be withdrawn at any time in full or in part at the absolute discretion of Lebara and/or Lebara Ltd. Any withdrawal will be notified at www.lebara.co.uk.

6.7 The General Terms and Conditions of Lebara which can be viewed at www.lebara.co.uk apply to this offer. In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of this offer, and the General Terms and Conditions of Lebara, the General Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.

7. Roaming Offer

7.1 What’s all the fuss about?
With Lebara Roaming Offer you can now enjoy discounted roaming rates when travelling in the EU.

7.2 How long is this offer running?
The above offer applies to all Lebara Customers who opt-in to the Lebara Roaming offer from 9th December 2014 with the promotional offer being valid until further notice.

7.3 What does Lebara Lebara Roaming Offer include?
For a daily service charge of €1, the Lebara Roaming Offer (the “Offer”) allows you to:

  • receive calls whilst roaming for 0p/minute; and
  • make calls from within the EU at a discounted rate of only 9c/minute.

Please note: 0c/min for receiving calls whilst roaming is limited to 120 minutes a day. After exceeding the daily allowance of 120 minutes, the standard roaming charges will be applied for the rest of that calendar day.

7.4 Are there any daily charges and how is a “day” defined?

As mentioned above, a daily service charge of €1 is applied from the day you opt-in to the offer and for each day you make or receive calls whilst roaming thereafter. For the purposes of both the daily service charge and the 120 minute daily allowance for receiving 0c/min whilst roaming, a day under the offer runs from 0.00:01 until 23.59:59 of that calendar day as opposed to running over a 24 hour period from the time of activation. Any of the 120 minute daily allowance that is not used per day does not rollover or accrue to the next day. Accordingly, please note that if you opt-in to the Offer at, for example, 23.00:00 you will be charged the daily service charge of €1 but will only have an hour to consume the 120 minute daily allowance for receiving at 0c/min before the Offer resets at 23.59:59 and you are charged for the next day.

If, whilst roaming, your balance is insufficient for the daily charge to be deducted or calls are being made to countries outside of the EU, standard roaming charges will apply to such calls and you will automatically be opted-out of the Offer. If outside EU, please opt out by sending ROAMING*STOP to 38885 to avoid the €1 daily service charge. Where your balance is insufficient to deduct the daily charge, in automatically opting you out, we will notify you to top up in order to opt back in to the Offer. If you top-up and opt back in within the same day, the daily service charge for that day will automatically be taken at the point of opt-in.

7.5 How can I get my hands on this offer?
Easy, you can opt-in to the offer by texting the keyword [“ROAMING”] to [38885]. We will then send you an SMS confirming you’re opt-in from which point you are free to roam like home.

7.6 How long do I get to enjoy the offer once I’ve purchased it?
Once opted-in, you can enjoy the offer whilst roaming until you opt-out SMS by texting ROAMING*STOP to 38885.

7.7 The Legal Stuff

  • a. All prices referred to include [VAT].
  • b. All Lebara bundle allowances for national, international, and Lebara to Lebara calls are billed per minute and rounded up to the nearest minute. Minimum call duration is 1 minute.
  • c. Promotional call credit cannot be used to meet the daily service charge of the Offer and no cash alternatives or alternative credits will be given.
  • d. The Offer may be withdrawn or changed at any time in full or in part at the absolute discretion of Lebara. Full notice will be provided on our website if changes are made.
  • e. We reserve the right in our absolute discretion, including where we consider there to have been, and/or there is a suspicion of, any breach of these terms and conditions, any fraud or any abuse of the Offer and its related services, to terminate suspected illegitimate services.
  • f. To clarify, we (Lebara) offer our products and services (including those made available under this Offer) for private individual use only (i.e. not for business or commercial use). As such, you must not use our services in any way that is not in keeping with that reasonably expected of a private individual.
  • g. You are liable for all use of all accounts in your name, irrespective of use without your knowledge and/or consent.
  • h. Further, you must not use our services in any way that is unlawful or illegal or in any way to the detriment of other users. You also must not allow anybody using our services provided to you in any way that is unlawful or illegal or in any way to the detriment of other users or the network.
  • i. Data usage where offered (if applicable) is for mobile internet services and data consumption actually on your handset. It does not include using file to file peer sharing or using your handset as a modem to connect other devices such as laptops and tablets - also known as "Tethering".
  • j. We reserve the right to take necessary action to protect our service integrity if required and if your usage is excessive and not in keeping with that reasonably expected of a private individual.
  • k. The General Terms and Conditions of Lebara which can be viewed at www.lebara.co.uk apply to this offer. In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of this offer, and the General Terms and Conditions of Lebara, the General Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.

8. Twin SIM Pack

8.1 These terms & conditions (the “Twin SIM Terms”) apply if you wish to buy a “Twin SIM Pack” from Lebara Mobile Limited (“us” or “Lebara”). The “Twin SIM Pack” is made up of two Lebara SIM cards, the “Primary SIM” (labelled “SIM 1”) (for your use) and a “Secondary SIM” (labelled “SIM 2”) (for you to give to someone else).

8.2 Lebara Mobile’s General Terms & Conditions, which can be found at http://www.lebara.co.uk/terms-and-conditions, also apply. If there is a conflict between them and the Twin SIM Terms, the Twin SIM Terms will in that case apply. These Twin SIM Terms (and Lebara Mobile’s General Terms & Conditions) apply to both you and the Secondary SIM holder. You must show them to your proposed Secondary SIM holder before giving them their SIM. By activating the Primary SIM and the Secondary SIM, you and the Secondary SIM holder will be deemed to accept these Twin SIM Terms; it is your obligation to read and ensure you both understand the Twin SIM Terms.

8.3 You and the Secondary SIM holder must each have a UK residential address.

8.4 You and the Secondary SIM holder must each independently activate your SIM.

8.5 You and the Secondary SIM holder will also have the following benefits:

  • Unlike the holder of a normal SIM card (who has to wait until he/she tops up to be able to make or send unlimited Lebara to Lebara UK calls/texts), with a Twin SIM Pack, you may each make or send unlimited Lebara to Lebara UK calls and texts immediately from the date of activation of your SIM. You may do so for six months after activating your SIM, even if you have not yet topped up with us. You will however need to top up before the end of that six month period if you wish to continue receiving the benefit of free calls and texts after the end of that period.
  • Unlike the holder of a normal SIM card (who has to wait until his/her MSISDN has been active for more than 6 months to be able to use our Lebara Mobile Call Credit Transfer (National) service), with a Twin SIM Pack, our Lebara Mobile Call Credit Transfer (National) service will be available for you to make “CCT Transfers” between the Primary SIM and Secondary SIM immediately after activating your SIM. 9. Microcredit (Advance credit) terms and conditions

9.1 When a Lebara PAYG UK customer runs out of mobile credit, they may receive a message from us offering a microcredit (also known as advance credit) grant to the value of up to £5, with a facilitation fee of up to £1.50. The offer message will clearly state the credit amount and the facilitation fee for the customer to accept.

9.2 Where a Lebara PAYG customer takes up the offer, the microcredit amount together with the applicable fee will be deducted from the PAYG UK customer’s next top up.

9.3 PAYG UK customers may accept the offered amount and applicable fee by texting ’GBP’ to 38885.

9.4 Eligibility subject to review and confirmation by Lebara.

9.5 Microcredit is valid for 30 days. If another top up is completed before the microcredit is applied, the microcredit expiry will be reset.

9.6 Microcredit cannot be used to purchase additional products (such as passes), roaming, voicemail, MMS, Charged Content, Mobile Internet (Data), Customer service calls, 0800, 0845 or other “toll-free” numbers and cannot be transferred.

9.7 Microcredit will appear immediately after it is applied to the PAYG account.

9.8 This promotion may be withdrawn or changed at any time in full or in part at the absolute discretion of Lebara.

9.9 Lebara reserves the right in its absolute discretion, including where it considers there to have been, and/or there is a suspicion of, any breach of these terms and conditions, any fraud or any abuse of the service, to terminate suspected illegitimate services.

10. Best Rates

New terms and conditions from 12 April 2016 (inclusive) onwards.

10.1 You must top up whether on-line on www.lebara.co.uk or in-store a minimum of £5 or above then on the same day as your top up, you must send an SMS opt-in i.e. send an SMS with the keyword ‘BEST’ to 38885 If you send this SMS after the day of your top up you will not be eligible to the Best Rates. Top ups done after the opt in will not be considered (even if such top ups are done on the same day as the opt in). Lebara will send a confirmation by SMS of the opt-in. The purchase will come from your PAYG balance.

10.2 If you do not top up but only send a free SMS with the keyword ‘BEST’ to 38885, you will not be eligible to the Lebara Best rates.

10.3 Rates include VAT. All PAYG national, international, and Lebara to Lebara calls are billed per minute and rounded up to the nearest minute. Minimum call duration is 1 minute.

10.4 Provided you’ve opted-in in accordance with para 10.1 above, after receiving confirmation, you can call on Lebara Best rates. The amount of the top up will determine for how long you can enjoy the Lebara Best rates (the “Validity Period”):

  • If you top up for £5 and opt in in accordance with para 10.1 above, you can call at Lebara Best rates for a period of 15 days
  • If you top up for a minimum of £10 or above and opt in, you can call at Lebara Best rates for a period of 30 days from the date of Lebara’s confirmation.
  • In case of multiple top ups done the same day before opt in, the Best rate Validity Period will be the sum of the Validity Periods associated to each top up however it can never exceed more than 60 days. Top ups done after the opt in will not be considered (even if such top ups are done on the same day as the opt in).

10.5 To continue calling at Lebara Best rates after the expiry of the Validity Period you need to top up and opt in again as per the process described in para 10.1 above.

10.6 If you are a Lebara Mobile UK customer who is on a UK Plus/Flexi pass, you are not eligible to the Lebara Best rates.

10.7 If you are a Lebara Mobile UK customer opted in to the Lebara Best rates, then you purchase a UK Plus/Flexi/AIO pass while you are on Lebara Best rates, you will not be able to continue enjoying the Lebara Best rates from the date of your purchase of UK Plus/Flexi/AIO pass: the UK Plus/Flexi/AIO pass will be applied.

10.8 If you are a Lebara Mobile UK customer opted in to the Lebara Best rates, you will automatically benefit from the Saver tariff for all other destinations than those included in the Best rates offer.

Terms and conditions from 15 September 2015 (inclusive) till 11th April.

From the 15th of September 2015 onwards all Lebara UK customers except those on UK Plus/Flexi passes can at any time benefit from the Lebara Best rates subject to the following conditions:

10.1 You must top up whether on-line on www.lebara.co.uk or in-store a minimum of £5 or above then send an SMS opt-in i.e. send an SMS with the keyword ‘BEST’ to 38885 within 48 hours from the time of your top up. Lebara will send a confirmation by SMS of the opt-in. The purchase will come from your PAYG balance.

10.2 If you do not top up but only send a free SMS with the keyword ‘BEST’ to 38885, you will not be eligible to the Lebara Best rates.

10.3 If you top up but send a free SMS with the keyword ‘BEST’ to 38885 more than 48 hours from the time of your top up, you will not be eligible to the Lebara Best rates.

10.4 Rates include VAT. All PAYG national, international, and Lebara to Lebara calls are billed per minute and rounded up to the nearest minute. Minimum call duration is 1 minute.

10.5 Provided you’ve opted-in in accordance with para 1 above, after receiving confirmation, you can call on Lebara Best rates for 30 days irrespective of the amount of top-up.

10.6 If you do more than one single denomination top up on a day, and opt in for as many times as you’ve topped up that day, the top up of the highest amount will be considered to determine the length of the validity period mentioned in para 5.1 or 5.2 above (as applicable).

10.7 To continue calling at Lebara Best rates after the expiry of the validity period mentioned in para 5.1, or 5.2 above (as applicable) you need to top up and opt in again as per the process described in para 1 above.

10.8 If you are a Lebara UK customer who is on a UK Plus/Flexi pass, you are not eligible to the Lebara Best rates.

10.9 If you are a Lebara UK customer opted in to the Lebara Best rates, then you purchase a UK Plus/Flexi pass while you are on Lebara Best rates, you will not be able to continue enjoying the Lebara Best rates from the date of your purchase of UK Plus/Flexi pass: the UK Plus/Flexi pass will be applied.

10.10 If you are a Lebara UK customer opted in to the Lebara Best rates, you will automatically benefit from the Saver tariff for all other destinations than those included in the Best rates offer.

11. Tesco/1 hour UK calls Free when you Top up £10

11.1 Promotion runs until 31.12.2016

11.2 Exclusive to customers purchasing a Lebara SIM pack in the following Tesco Stores in the United Kingdom: Tesco Extra, Tesco Superstore, Tesco Express, Tesco Metro (for purpose of these terms and conditions, “Customers”).

11.3 Applies to Pay as You Go Tops ups completed in the Tesco Stores as defined in clause 14.2 above or on-line only on www.lebara.co.uk by Customers (as defined in paragraph 14.2 above).

11.4 Customers who make a £10 top up will receive 1 hour free to make UK calls. Applied only to a £10 single denomination top up.

11.5 Customers can receive maximum up to 5 hours UK calls free (where each £10 top up being made will give 1 hour UK call free).

Eligibility

12.2 The Promotion is open to Lebara Mobile customers residents of United Kingdom, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain and Australia, excluding employees and their immediate families (defined as parents, siblings, children & spouse regardless of where they live) of the Promoter, its affiliated companies, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.

Qualifying Products and Gifts

12.4 The Qualifying Products for this Promotion are any denomination of Lebara Mobile Top ups

Claim Process

12.9 To qualify for the Promotion participants must top up their Lebara Mobile account with any Lebara Mobile denomination. Participants will then receive a text message including a specific URL address where they will be able to register in order to benefit from 30 days subscription to Lebara Play Movies Pack at no cost. 9. 12.13 If the gift has not be received within 2 days from the date of subscription by the participants, participants are invited to contact the Promoter, via e-mail at [email protected], no later than 40 days after submitting its subscription request. Regrettably requests pursued after this time will not be accepted.

16. Win £1200 of Uber Credits

16.1 The “Win £1200 of Uber Credits” prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoters, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with admiration of the Prize Draw.

16.2 To enter the Prize Draw you must: a. Have an effective Uber account; and b. Enter the zero value promotion code WINLEBARA into the Uber app.

16.3 The opening time and date for customers’ entries is 00:01 on a monthly basis starting 01/08/2016, 01/09/2016, 01/10/2016, 01/11/2016 and 01/12/2016. The closing time and date for entry in the Prize Draw will be the last day of each month at 23:59 respectively.

17.1 Promotion runs from 01/08/2016 to 02/09/2016, valid only for Lebara Mobile UK customers and only to the 1st ever made online top ups or bundle purchase completed on www.lebara.co.uk or 1st ever completed top up on MyLebara mobile application. This promotion is not compatible with vouchers or any other topup including topups done via our self-service telephony system (by dialing 5588).

17.2 Customers can only benefit once from the promotion.

17.3 Once the top up made by customer, Lebara will immediately give the extra credit corresponding to the amount paid by the customer to the customer’s balance.

17.4 Extra credit applies according to the following table:
