The FREE SIM offer is available through the Lebara UK website.  Customers must enter and submit the required details and the SIM card will be delivered no later than 7 business days later.   Lebara reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This promotion is only available while stocks last. This promotion is subject to Lebara’s terms and conditions including those relating to the protection of personal data. Only a maximum of 2 SIM cards per customer address will be allowed. 

Free International Calls

  1. The Free International Calls promotion (the Promotion) will run until 31.07.2014 (the Promotion Period).
  2. The Promotion is only available for calls to mobiles and landlines in Poland, Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Lithuania, India and China (the Promotion Destinations).
  3. To qualify for the Promotion, you must opt-in to the Promotion by sending FC to 38885, BEFORE you top-up your mobile account.
  4. Note:this Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with Lebara’s Best rates offer: by sending FC to number, you will no longer receive Lebara’s Best rates on any calls you make, whether they are included in the Promotion Destinations or not.
  5. After opting-in, on every subsequent top up made to your mobile account during the Promotion Period, you will receive a certain number of free call minutes, based on the value of your top-up, as follows:

  6. Free call minutes are only valid for a fixed period from the date that a top-up is applied to your mobile account, as detailed in the table above (the Free Call Validity Period). Please note that the Free Call Validity Period has no effect on the validity of your top-up, which can continue to be used for calls not included in the Promotion.
  7. Free call minutes can only be used for calls to the Promotion Destinations.
  8. You may top-up as many times as you like during the Promotion Period; however, the number of unexpired free call minutes you may accrue at any one time is limited to 400 minutes (the Free Call Cap).
  9. Any free all minutes remaining at the end of the Free Call Validity Period will be lost on expiry of the Free Call Validity Period.
  10. Calls made to the Promotion Destinations (i) after the expiry of the Free Call Validity Period, or (ii) in excess of the Free Call Cap, will be charged at Lebara’s standard pay-as-you-go rates, available at: http://www.lebara.co.uk/prepay/rates.
  11. Lebara’s general terms and conditions, available at http://www.lebara.co.uk/terms-and-conditions, continue to apply to your use of the Lebara services under the Promotion.
  12. Lebara reserves the right to change, amend or withdraw this Promotion at any time.

 

Classic India call rates full terms & conditions

Call India from 1p/min with Lebara. Validity periods apply. Full details below.

From 6 June 2014, when you top-up, you can enjoy 1p/min calls to Indian landlines and mobiles. How long you have to enjoy such low cost calling is dependent on how much you top up by; specifically, if you top up by £5 you will have seven consecutive days thereafter to make calls to Indian landlines and mobiles at 1p/min; top up by £10-£15 and you’ll have fifteen days; top up by £20 or more and you’ll have thirty days.

Calls made to Indian landlines and mobiles outside of the validity period will be charged at 2p/min and automatically deducted from your PAYG account.

 

NUS Promotional Terms and Conditions

 

  1. What is the NUS promotional offer? Lebara is offering all NUS members 10% off any Lebara Top-Up online.
  2. Who can take advantage of the NUS promotional offer? This promotion is open to any person resident in the United Kingdom who is eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who is a registered NUS member with a valid NUS card at the time of the promotion. IF YOU ARE NOT A REGISTERED MEMBER OF THE NUS YOUR USE OF THE PROMOTIONAL OFFER WILL NOT BE VALID AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE OFFERED DISCOUNT. Employees of Lebara or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible, nor are members of these employees’ families (being parents, children, siblings, spouses or life partners).
  3. How can you receive the NUS promotional benefits? To receive the NUS promotional discount, simply follow the standard Lebara online top-up journey at www.lebara.co.uk, entering your NUS number in the promotional code area for the discount to then be applied.
  4. How many times can you use apply the promotional offer? The 10% discount can be applied to any online top-up by a valid participant. Use of the promotional offer constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Lebara reserves the right to disqualify anyone who violates these Terms and Conditions.
  5. How long do you have to enter? This NUS promotion runs from 12.00:01 GMT on 14 June 2014 until 23.59:59 GMT on 31 December 2014 (inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
  6. Use of your entry: Personal data which you provide when topping up may be used for future marketing activity by the Lebara Group if you do not opt-out (if applicable) at the point of entry. If you do opt-out, your personal data will be used by Lebara and agents acting on Lebara’s behalf only for the operation of applying the NUS discount.
  7. Legal Stuff

    You may be asked to provide identification proving your eligibility before the discounted offer can be applied.

    No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this promotion or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Lebara’s decision shall be final.

    Participants in this promotion agree that Lebara will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, costs, damage, disappointment or losses of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, misuse or use from participation in this promotion. Nothing in this clause shall limit Lebara’s liability in respect of death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence or liability arising out of Lebara’s fraud.

    Lebara cannot guarantee the performance of any third party and shall not be liable for any act or default by a third party.

    SPIRIT OF THE OFFER. If an individual attempts to compromise the integrity or the legitimate operation of this promotion by hacking or by abusing or by cheating or committing fraud in ANY way, Lebara may seek damages from that individual to the fullest extent permitted by law. Further, Lebara may withhold the discounted offer to such individuals at its sole discretion and may ban such individuals from participating in any of its future promotions so please enjoy our offer fairly.

The Best Rates Terms & Conditions:

The Lebara Best Rates promotion is available to all Lebara UK customers who text ‘BEST’ to 38885 between 00.00 on 12 February 2014 and 23.59 on 5th June 2014.   1. The Lebara Best Rates promotion is available to all Lebara UK customers who text ‘BEST’ to 38885 between 12 February 2014 and 5th June 2014.
  2. Where a customer has an active Country Pass which includes one of the destinations in the Lebara Best Rates table any calls made to that destination will be deducted from the Country Pass minutes before any Lebara Best Rates charges are incurred.

Free PAYG Call Credit when you top up promotion

  1. Promotion runs from 01.05.2013 until 31.07.2014.

  6. If you complete another top up before your free call credit expires, your free call credit expiry will be reset.
  7. Free call credit will only be applied for single denomination top ups only.
  8. Free call credit can only be used for UK and International landline and mobile calls (excluding premium calls) as well as UK and International texts. UK landline calls are those made to area codes 01, 02 and 03, excluding the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

Free Lebara to Lebara UK calls and texts

  1. Promotion runs until 31.07.2014.
  2. Customers who top-up a minimum of £5 will receive Free Lebara to Lebara UK calls and SMS.
  3. The usage of calls & is governed by a fair use policy of Unlimited minutes & Unlimited SMS per validity period.
  4. Calls and SMS will expire according to the following table:


However, if you top-up before your existing minutes and SMS expire, their validity will be extended for the period outlined above.

  1. Valid only between Lebara customers in the UK.
  2. If you exceed the fair usage policy, or if your calls and SMS expire, you will be charged for your SMS and calls at Lebara’s standard rate.
  3. Calls and SMS may only be used in conjunction with your existing Lebara number and are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternatives or alternative credits will be given.
  4. Lebara reserves the right in its absolute discretion, including where it considers there to have been, and/or there is a suspicion of, any breach of these terms and conditions, any fraud or any abuse of the free calls or SMS, to refuse to grant calls and SMS or to seek reimbursement of any call time credit.

Number Transfer Promotion

  1. Promotion runs until 31.07.2014.
  2. In order to qualify for £4 credit, customer should have successfully ported into Lebara from their previous network and subsequently made a top up of £5.
  3. £4 call credit will be credited to the relevant SIM Card and may be used towards calls, SMS and/or MMS.
  4. The £4 call credit will be credited no later than 72 hours after the first top up mentioned in point 1.
  5. Please note that the number transfer promotion can be used in conjunction with other Lebara offers, schemes and rewards.
  6. The Offer may be withdrawn at any time in full or in part at the absolute discretion of Lebara and/or Lebara Ltd. Any withdrawal will be notified at www.lebara.co.uk.

  3. Registration must be completed by the end date outlined above. This includes the validation of the customers e-mail address.
  4. The £1 bonus will be credited to your account within 1 hour from completion of registration.
  5. Only 2 free Lebara SIMs are allowed per house address.

Refer Friends and Family in Poland: Terms and Conditions

  1. This Promotion is open to the Promoter’s Pay As You Go customers who are based in United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected.
  2. No purchase is necessary however you must have a Lebara-registered Pay As You Go account with the Promoter.
  3. PROMOTION DATES: You must make your referrals between 17:00 GMT on 06.12.2013 - 23:59 GMT on 31.07.2014 (“Promotion Period”). Only applicable referrals made within the Promotion Period will be eligible to receive the Reward.
  4. TO PARTICIPATE: visit https://www.lebara.pl/bezplatna-karta-sim to order, free of charge, a Polish SIM for a friend or loved one resident in Poland; then inform your friend or loved one the good news, you have ordered a Polish SIM on their behalf and it is being shipped to them directly. Each applicable referral made through participation in this promotion which results in a 10zl. or more top-up by your Polish friend or loved one when they receive their Polish SIM within the Promotion Period will entitle you to receive a £1 top-up on your own SIM (“Reward”).
  5. REWARD: When referring a Polish friend or loved one, should the referral result in a 10zl. or more top-up by the referee once they receive their Polish SIM, they will then be entitled to send a free SMS to Promoter providing your mobile phone number. Upon receipt of this text by Promoter, Promoter will give you a free £1 top-up on your own SIM.
  6. LIMIT: One Reward per applicable referral only. Maximum of £5 total Reward value dependent on the number of referrals made with a total of no more than five referrals able to be made per entrant.
  7. Further Reward Details: The Reward of up to £5 free credit is applied within 48 hours of the referee makes their first paid for top-up of 10zl. or more and remains an active Lebara customer during the same period of time. In this context, “active” is defined as a customer who continues to make calls after first activation. You will be notified via SMS the same day that the Reward is applied to your account.
  8. All Rewards received must be used within 30 days of receipt.
  9. Your Lebara SIM must remain active during the Promotional Period and throughout the 30 days after the first referral in order to receive the Reward. Connected in this regard is defined as having your SIM being active.
  10. Rewards can be used for call, text or data. Rewards may not be used to purchase products (such as Passes), for roaming, voicemail, MMS, Charged Content, customer services calls, or toll free numbers.
  11. Rewards are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  12. Promoter is not liable if you submit the incorrect address or contact for the individual being referred.
  13. Promoter is not liable if the referred SIM either does not show-up due to any fault in the information provided by you in making the referral, is not received due to a shipping fault, or where the referee decides not to activate the SIM once received.

  18. Lebara may keep you informed of your free call time credit balance from time to time by text message. By participating in this Recommend a Friend Scheme you agree to receive text messages relating to the Recommend a Friend Scheme.
  19. Reward may not be recalled once claimed.
  20. DATA PRIVACY: Entrants' personal data will be used and will be held in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which is available on the Promoter’s website at www.lebara.co.uk/view/content/pl_privacyPolicy.   21. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Reward for an alternative of equal or greater value.
  22. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury suffered by any entrant entering the promotion or as a result of accepting any Reward. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
  23. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion), the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
  24. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which us beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
  25. By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
  26. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.

Celebrate Freely: Terms and Conditions

  1. What is the promotional offering?
    To celebrate your chosen teams sporting achievements in Brazil this summer, we are offering our customers 30 minutes free call time to call friends and loved ones in the country you’re supporting every time your selected team plays in Brazil.
  2. Who can enter?
    This promotion is open to any new or existing Lebara customer who has topped-up their PAYG account credit within sixty (60) days prior to that customer opting-in to this promotion through the mechanic described below.
  3. How can you enter?
    a) Simply choose one of the following teams you wish to support in Brazil (note, if you’re an English, Spanish or French resident, you can choose to support England, Spain or France and receive 30 minutes free national call time):

For example, to opt-in to the promotion and receive 30 minutes free call credit every time England plays in Brazil, text “GOAL 44” to 38885.
  5. c) Each Customer can choose only one country to support throughout the tournament in Brazil. Once you have opted-in to supporting your chosen country, you will be entitled to 30 minutes call credit to call friends or family in your team country each time that team plays in Brazil. As stated above, if you are a UK, Spanish or French resident, you can support your national country and receive 30 minutes of national, as opposed to international calls. National calls are to landlines and mobiles only and exclude calls to premium, toll free or personal numbers.
  6. d) When first opting-in to the promotion, if your selected country is to play that same day, you must have opted in before 16.00:00 (UK time) to be eligible to receive your 30 minute call credit in relation to that match played. Should you opt-in after 16.00:00 (UK time) on a match day of your selected country, you may not receive the 30 minute call credit in relation to that day’s game but will be successfully opted-in for all future games for as long as your chosen country remains in the tournament.
  7. e) Entries will be ineligible for the promotion if they:
    • are incomplete;
    • exceed the maximum number of entries allowed customer;
    • violate the rights of any other person or entry; or
    • are received outside the Promotion Period set out below.
    PLEASE NOTE: where SIMs are purchased with pre-loaded credit or value, such credit will not be considered a valid top-up for the purposes of this promotion. To opt-in to this promotion, you must make a legitimate top-up within 60 days. Pre-loaded credit cannot be used towards this promotion.
  8. How many times can you enter?
    Only one (1) opt-in per Customer will be accepted. Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Lebara is not responsible for lost, corrupted or delayed entries. Lebara reserves the right to disqualify anyone who violates these Terms and Conditions.
  9. How long do you have to enter?
    This promotion runs from. 10.00:01 (UK time) on 28 May 2014 until 23.59:59 (UK time) on 14 July 2014 (inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”). You can opt-in at any time during the Promotional Period but if opt-ing in on the same day as your selected country is due to play in Brazil, your entry must be received by 16.00:00 (UK time) in order to receive the promotional call credit for that day’s match.
  10. Use of your entry:
    Personal data which you provide when you enter may be used for future marketing activity by the Lebara Group if you do not opt-out (if applicable) at the point of entry. If you do opt-out, your personal data will be used by Lebara and agents acting on Lebara’s behalf only for the operation of this promotion.
  11. What do you get for opting-in to the promotion?
    By opting-in, you will get 30 minutes free call credit to call landline and mobile numbers in your selected opt-in country each time your team plays in Brazil. After your team’s match finishes, you will have until midnight of the next day (UK time) to enjoy the 30 minute free call credit. Any free minutes not used within the above period will not accrue. Calls made to premium, special or personal numbers are excluded.
  12. How will you be notified of your 30 minute free call credit each time your team plays?
    Every time your team plays in Brazil after the date on which you opt-in for as long as your team remains in the tournament, you will receive the 30 minute free call credit to enjoy as specified above. You can check that your 30 minute free credit has been activated after each match by logging on to you My Lebara account.
  13. Legal Stuff
    Customers who opt-in to this promotion may be asked to participate in further publicity or advertising.

Giving to those less fortunate during Ramadan

In recognition of the importance of Ramadan, Lebara will donate 2.5% of the total value of your top-up to the Muslim Aid charity each and every time you opt-in and top-up during Ramadan. Once you’ve opted-in, Lebara will make the same donation contribution on every subsequent top-up you make during Ramadan.
