Terms & Conditions: : A Pass only includes calls to the applicable destinations: all other calls and services will be deducted from your Lebara Pay-as-you-go account credit at Lebara’s standard PAYG rates.
Weekly Pass: Your minutes are valid for 7 days. On expiry, or when you have used all your minutes, your Weekly Pass will be auto-renewed. If you don’t have sufficient credit, we will try to auto-renew for 7 days or until you unsubscribe. To unsubscribe, you must send the relevant SMS opt-in keyword, followed by *STOP (for example, 100*STOP or 150*STOP or 200*STOP to 38885), or opt-out via your MyLebara account at least 3 hours before midnight on day of expiry.
Monthly Pass: Your minutes are valid for 30 days. Your Monthly Pass will not auto renew. To get a new Monthly Pass (once expired or when you have used all the minutes), you will need to opt in again. You may only have 1 of each type of pass active during the appropriate subscription period. Passes for Jamaica, Nigeria and Ghana can be purchased via scratch-card/vouchers in selected outlets. Only one Country Pass scratch-card/voucher can be activated per sim card within a 30 day period. To prevent against fraud, any attempt to activate a second country pass via scratch-card/voucher for the same destination on the same sim will result in £20 of PAYG credit being added to the account, rather than the minutes associated with that voucher.
