Buy
Once you have completed the application form, there are two ways you can buy your cards:
- With a UK Debit Card on our 3D secure site
- Pay by cash via a PayPoint merchant

Activate
You will receive a welcome pack containing two cards:
- 'Your Card' which you should keep.
- 'Family member card' which you should give to the person whose name is on the card.
Your welcome pack will include details on how to activate both cards, along with how to retrieve the 4 digit PINs. You will need your PINs for making purchases and withdrawing cash from ATM machines.
Load
There are several ways you can load ‘Your card’ with cash:
Bank Transfer
Use the following details to make payments directly from your bank account:
Account Name: NBS Re Lebara
Number: 93063747
Sort Code: 20-59-42
Reference: The 16 digit card number on the front of 'Your card' (beginning 5195)
'Your card' will be loaded once we receive the cleared funds from the bank. This will take a maximum of 3 working days. There is no charge to load 'Your card' directly from your bank account
Debit Card
Simply log in online at www.lebara-money.co.uk and click ‘Load’ following the onscreen instructions. Money is loaded within minutes.
PayPoint
Simply take cash to a PayPoint shop. They will need to swipe 'Your Card' through the PayPoint machine and take your cash . 'Your card' will be loaded within minutes. To find your nearest PayPoint agent please click here
Post Office
Simply take cash to a Post Office. They will need to swipe 'Your Card' through their machine and take your cash. 'Your Card' will be loaded one working day later. To find your nearest Post Office please click here

Use
Both cards are Chip and PIN protected and like a debit card can be used to make purchases and cash withdrawals at over 32 million locations and 1.5 million ATMs world-wide. Wherever you see the MasterCard Acceptance Mark.

Send Money
You are two ways you can send money from 'Your card' to the 'Family member card'
- Log in online at www.lebara.co.uk/money and click ‘Send Money’, then follow the onscreen instructions.
- Call 0123 525 2000 and select the ‘Send Money’ option.
Money is available to spend on the 'The Family member card' within seconds.
Manage
You can load and send money, check your balance and transactions and update your personal details. There are three ways:

Sign in at www.lebara-mobile.co.uk/money/login to send money & see your transaction history.
Wages
Get your wages paid directly to your Lebara MasterCard® Prepaid Card.
Simply download the attached form. Complete ALL sections and then hand to your employer for processing.

Local laws in India mean that you may not send secondary cards to India for the purposes of money share.
