Refer A Friend Promotion

1. The “Refer a friend” promotion (Promotion) is offered by Lebara Finance Ltd, of 2nd Floor, 25 Copthall Ave, London EC2R 7BP (Lebara).

2. The Promotion is open to all Lebara Money PrePaid MasterCard® card (the Card) customers from 21 September 2011.

3. On receipt of your Card, you will be sent a promotional code (Code). This Code will be valid until 31 March 2012.

4. You may give this Code to as many of your friends and acquaintances as you wish.

5. Each of your friends must provide this Code when they register for their Card (Referred Friend). Your Referred Friend will receive a £5 discount off their purchase of a Card.

6. When your Referred Friend makes their first international withdrawal equivalent of £100 or more on their Lebara Money Family Card (Qualifying Withdrawal), you will receive a rebate of £20.

7. Qualifying Withdrawals must be made no later than 31 March 2012.

8. Lebara will credit the rebate to your account no later than 6 weeks following a Qualifying Withdrawal (this is due to inherent delays in our international partners providing us with the relevant information).

9. Lebara reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice. Any changes will be posted on www.lebara-money.co.uk. By continuing to take part in the Promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, you shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.

10. This Promotion is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
