In these terms and conditions “You” shall mean the existing customer with an active Lebara telephone number. “Referee” shall mean the new customer being introduced to Lebara through the Lebara Refer a Friend Scheme (the “Refer a Friend Scheme"). “Reward” shall mean the means that you have chosen to receive the reward each month for successful referrals. “Active” shall mean a consumption of paid for Lebara Mobile services within stated period.

1. What is the Refer a Friend Scheme?

The Refer a Friend Scheme allows You to receive Rewards for referring your friends and loved ones to Lebara (the Referee) in accordance with the following terms and conditions.

2. Can you take part?

To refer customers you must be a current and active Lebara account holder.

To qualify for a Reward, both You and the Referee must have been registered Lebara customers, topped-up and used such top-up value within 30 days of the referral.

To be eligible for payment of a Reward the Referee must be completely new to Lebara (not having previously held a Lebara SIM), have made a top-up and used such top-up value within 30 days and have passed any identity and age verification checks as deemed necessary by Lebara or its agents from time to time.

3. Who can you refer?

There is no limit to the number of friends or loved ones You can refer. However, neither spamming nor publication of your Refer a Friend code shall be permitted and doing either of these things (other than through blogs or to known contacts or friends of friends on social networking websites such as Facebook, My Space or Twitter for example) will result in Your disqualification from the Refer a Friend Scheme and you and any Referee being ineligible for any benefits or rewards under the Refer a Friend Scheme.

4. How can you make a referral?

You can take part in the Refer a Friend Scheme through one of the following means:

Generate a unique referral link. To generate this link please visit lebara.co.uk/hi-fives.

Receive a unique referral link from Lebara via SMS. This link can be retrieved from lebara.co.uk/hi-fives.

Distribute to individual friends and family vouchers included as part of your original SIM pack. Friends and family must use the URL provided on the printed vouchers http://l3b.in/lebara and enter your Lebara number during the SIM sign up process in order for the referral to be associated with your account.

Only one unique referral link permitted per unique Lebara number. In the event there is a dispute, the link generated first will take precedence, and Lebara’s decision shall be final.

You can refer friends and family to order a SIM from the following markets: United Kingdom, Poland, Netherlands, France, Spain and Germany. You can use your unique referral link to recommend Lebara to friends and family through multiple communications channels such as, but not limited to, SMS, email and social networks.

Friends and family must either use your unique referral link in order for the referral to be associated with your account or enter your Lebara number as part of the SIM order process via the URL provided in your SIM pack http://l3b.in/lebara You must remain connected to the Lebara number associated with the unique referral link or as referenced during the SIM order process in order to qualify for call credit. “Connected” is defined as your Lebara SIM being active at the time of the Referral becomes eligible for a reward.

5. What do your friends need to do?

The Referee must activate their referred SIM, make an initial top-up of €/£/PLN 10 local currency units or more and spend a minimum top-up within 30 days of SIM activation.

5. When will you be credited your Reward?

Subject to meeting the above criteria, the default Reward will be call credit to your Lebara account, however, You can also elect, prior to the cut-off date each month, to be Rewarded in cash via your authorised PayPal account, or to make a donation to the Lebara Foundation. The cut-off date for rewards is 25th of each month at 00:01. When electing to receive Your Reward through your authorised PayPal account, it is your sole responsibility to ensure the correct PayPal Merchant Account ID is provided at the point of capture. Lebara is not liable for any mispayments caused either directly or indirectly by You inputting your details incorrectly. Unclaimed funds will be returned to Lebara after 30 days and You will not be eligible for re-payment.

You will qualify for €/£/PLN 5 Reward when a Referee makes an initial top-up of €/£/PLN 10 local currency units or more having used your unique referral link or having entered your Lebara number as part of the SIM order process via the URL provided in your SIM pack. You can recommend an unlimited number of Referees. Referees will also be simultaneously eligible for €/£/PLN 5 free call credit as a one-time promotional credit. The €/£/PLN 5 free call credit is valid for 30 days for both you and the Referee from receipt, after the Referee makes their initial top-up of €/£/PLN 10 or more and both you and the Referee remain connected Lebara customers for at least 30 days. Both you and the Referee will be notified via SMS the same day that the promotional credit is applied.

Rewards will be provided in the respective currency (or currencies) where your Lebara SIM and the Referee’s Lebara SIM are active at the time of referral. These are limited to the United Kingdom (£), France (€), Spain (€), Netherlands (€), Germany (€) and Poland (PLN).

7. What else do you need to know?

By Referring a friend or loved one both You and the Referee agree to data regarding your Lebara account activity being disclosed by Lebara to each other as appropriate, for the purpose of the Refer a Friend Scheme. You also consent to Lebara keeping you up to date with your account activity and contacting you from time to time in relation to the Scheme and its other offers and services generally. You will have the opportunity to opt-out of receiving such communications from each communication you receive. You must notify any Referee that data will be shared in this way before they activate their referred SIM using your code.

Lebara reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to exclude You and any Referee from the Refer a Friend Scheme and from the Lebara website if it believes You have tried to benefit from the Refer a Friend Scheme by using more than one username or otherwise engaging in fraudulent or other activities that indicate that referrals or top-ups are not made in good faith but for the purpose of abusing the terms and/or spirit of the Refer a Friend Scheme. In such instance, You shall not be entitled to participate in any Lebara promotion or Scheme and Lebara shall not be obliged to provide a reason to You for such exclusion.

Lebara may at any time suspend or void the Refer a Friend Scheme for any reason that Lebara, in its absolute discretion, thinks appropriate and any liability from Lebara to You shall immediately cease upon

Lebara publicised notification of such action. In respect of any dispute, howsoever arising, Lebara's decision will be final.

Any Reward call credit will not count towards any other incentive scheme including but not limited to the Lebara Rewards scheme. Please see www.lebara.co.uk/terms-and-conditions for information on other incentive schemes.

Reward call credit may only be used in conjunction with your existing Lebara number and is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternatives or alternative credits will be given.

This Refer a Friend Scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other Lebara promotion or Scheme. Refer a Friend Reward offers are not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Any free call credit You acquire or top-ups you make in order to meet the requirements of other Lebara promotions will not count towards this offer.

The original language of these terms and conditions is English and any interpretation of this Agreement will be based on the original English text. If this Agreement or any documents or notices related to it are translated into any other language, the original English version will prevail.

By entering into this Refer a Friend Scheme, both you and any Referee will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Refer a Friend Scheme. All entry instructions are deemed to form part of these terms and conditions.

The Refer a Friend Scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.

The terms and conditions of the Refer a Friend Scheme are to be read in conjunction with the General Terms and Conditions of Lebara which can be viewed at Click here for terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of the Refer a Friend Scheme and the General terms and conditions of Lebara, the General terms and conditions shall take precedence.

The Refer a Friend Scheme will terminate on 08/07/2016.

Lebara reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Refer a Friend Scheme at any time.

The free call credit shall be issued and redeemed by Lebara.
