The SMS Center number is the number that all text messages route through before reaching the intended destination. To deactivate your voicemail all you will need to do is call 1210 from your Lebara SIM Card, listen to the message that is played and then hang-up. It's that simple!

Firstly you will need to check that you are successfully connecting to our network by doing a "Manual Network Search" . To do this please go into the settings of the phone and look for the network selection option and change this to a manual search. Once you have done this your phone will attempt to load all of the available networks within the UK. When loaded select Vodafone UK.

Sometimes when you place your Lebara SIM into your handset you may get messages on the screen indicating that the phone is locked. These messages may come as the following:
If you see any of these messages on your home screen when you insert your Lebara SIM Card this means that your phone is locked to a specific network (e.g. Vodafone). To Unlock your phone you will need to go back to your original network and request and Unlock Code. This is a chargeable service, however if you have been with your previous network for more than one year your network may waver this charge.
Alternatively you can proceed to a mobile accessory shop where you can pay for an unlocking service to be performed on your handset.
To make an international call is easy. With Lebara there are no access codes, simply dial the full number including the country code.
Please note that in some countries you will need to remove the first digit of the telephone number when adding the country code.

Due to being unable to regulate the charges that you will receive when using premium telephone numbers and the implications that this may cause we have found in necessary to restrict calls and texts being sent from your Lebara SIM Card. This means that certain numbers, like numbers beginning with '09' will be inaccessible.
As well as instantly topping up your Lebara SIM Card through your registered My Lebara account, you also have the option to set up an Auto Top-Up or a Scheduled Top-Up.
The Auto Top-Up will mean that whenever your credit drops below a certain amount your My Lebara service will automatically add credit, with a value of your choice, to your Lebara SIM Card.
The Scheduled Top-Up will mean that you will be able to instruct your My Lebara service to top up your phone, with a value of your choice, at a designated time period every week or month.
To activate either of these Services please Sign into your My Lebara account and select the Top-Up link. From here please select the service that you wish to activate by sliding the button from Off to On and fill out the information presented. Once you have finished providing us with the correct information please press on the Continue link to activate the service.

In case you have a payment card registered at your MyLebara account – all you need to topup on SMS is generate a PIN.
Else – just map any payment card /bank details to your MyLebara account, generate a PIN and you can topup on both – SMS and web.
