3. Terms and Conditions for the Promotion on Call Credit Transfer (or Airtime Transfer) to Jamaica

 

1. International

1.1 These terms & conditions (the “CCT Terms”) apply to your use of the Call Credit Transfer (International) service provided by Lebara Mobile Limited (“ us” or “Lebara”).

1.2 Lebara Mobile’s General Terms & Conditions, which can be found at http://www.lebara.co.uk/terms-and-conditions, also apply. If there is a conflict between them and the CCT Terms, the CCT Terms will in that case apply.

1.3 Every time you confirm a Call Credit Transfer, you will be deemed to accept these CCT Terms; it is your obligation to read and ensure you understand the CCT Terms.

1.4 Lebara only makes the service available for our “CCT Customers”, being those of our customers who have a Lebara Mobile UK PAYG Account. The service enables you to use your Lebara Mobile Pay As You Go account with us (your “PAYG Account”) to give a customer of a mobile operator abroad prepaid call credit on their PAYG account (a “CCT Transfer”).

This means that you must be a CCT Customer to make CCT Transfers.

1.5 To make a CCT Transfer from your PAYG account:

  1. Text ‘SHARE’ to 38885.
  2. Then, upon receipt of a follow up text from Lebara, reply SHARE**+94xxxxxxxxx(+Country code with appropriate mobile number) to 38885 where 94xxxxxxxxx(+Country code with appropriate mobile number) is the mobile number of the intended recipient.
  3. Select the call credit amount for the CCT Transfer in [pounds (GBP)] and follow instructions to confirm and complete the CCT Transfer.

1.6 You must:

  1. take care to ensure that you use the correct mobile number for the other CCT Customer; as once transferred, it is impossible to reverse the transaction, credit cannot be recovered, even if sent in error.
  2. take all reasonable steps to avoid making a CCT Transfer accidentally; and
  3. take all reasonable steps to keep your phone safe so that other people cannot make CCT Transfers using your phone without your permission.

1.7 You may only make a CCT Transfer using standard prepaid call credit on your PAYG Account, up to the amount of the credit on the account (after deduction of any fees). You cannot make a CCT Transfer using bonus or free credit that we have given you.

1.8 CCT Transfers while roaming may incur specific roaming charges.

1.9 CCT Transfers may include a transactional fee.

1.10 We will notify to you of any charges for the CCT Transfer prior to confirming the CCT Transfer. If you do not agree to the charges, please do not confirm the CCT Transfer; continuing will amount to acceptance of such charges. We will deduct any such charges from your PAYG Account balance once you have confirmed the CCT Transfer.

1.11 Any call credit transferred will have the same validity in the recipient’s account as it had in the sender’s account.

1.12 Lebara may amend these CCT Terms at any time on 30 days’ notice.

1.13 Lebara may decline a CCT Transfer if required to do so by law.

1.14 Lebara may limit the amount per CCT Transfer, the number of CCT Transfers per day, that can be made, or otherwise, as it sees fit.

2. National

2.1 These terms & conditions (the “CCT Terms”) apply to your use of the Call Credit Transfer service provided by Lebara Mobile Limited (“us” or “Lebara”).

2.2 Lebara Mobile’s General Terms & Conditions, which can be found at http://www.lebara.co.uk/terms-and-conditions, also apply. If there is a conflict between them and the CCT Terms, the CCT Terms will in that case apply.

2.3 Every time you confirm a Call Credit Transfer, you will be deemed to accept these CCT Terms; it is your obligation to read and ensure you understand the CCT Terms.

2.4 The service enables you to use your Lebara Mobile Pay As You Go account with us (your “PAYG Account”) to give someone else prepaid call credit on their PAYG account (a “CCT Transfer”).

2.5 Lebara only makes the service available for our “CCT Customers” being those of our customers who (whether sender or recipient of the CCT Transfer):

  1. have a Lebara Mobile UK PAYG Account; and
  2. whose MSISDN has been active for more than two months before the CCT Transfer.

This means that you must be a CCT Customer to make CCT Transfers, and you can only make them to other CCT Customers.

2.6 To make a CCT Transfer from your PAYG account:

  1. Text ‘SHARE’ to 38885.
  2. Then, upon receipt of a follow up text from Lebara, reply SHARE*07xxxxxxxxx to 38885 where 07xxxxxxxxx is the UK mobile number of the intended recipient.
  3. Select the call credit amount for the CCT Transfer in [pounds (GBP)] and follow instructions to confirm and complete the CCT Transfer.

2.7 You must:

  1. take care to ensure that you use the correct mobile number for the other CCT Customer as once transferred, it is impossible to reverse the transaction, credit cannot be recovered, even if sent in error.

3. Terms and Conditions for the Promotion on Call Credit Transfer (or Airtime Transfer) to Jamaica

3.1 Promotion runs only on the 16th to the 30th of September 2016 and is valid for Lebara Mobile UK pay as you go customers (Customer(s)).

3.2 Promotion will apply only to first five hundred (500) Customers. Promotion is limited to one (1) transaction per Customer. The Customer may send up to £10 subject to the operator of the receiver.

3.3 These special terms and conditions (the “Special Terms”) applies to the Promotion provided to you by Lebara Mobile Limited (“us”, “we”, or “Lebara”).

3.4 Lebara Call Credit Transfer (or Airtime Transfer) Terms which can be found above at www.lebara.co.uk/call-credit, also apply. If there is a conflict between them and the Special Terms, the Special Terms will in that case apply.

3.5 On the the 16th to the 30th of September 2016, Customer will benefit from the following promotion: Each call credit transfer (or airtime transfer) made to Jamaica will be doubled. As an example, if Customer transfers £5 then, the value transferred to the customer of a Jamaican operator will be the equivalent in local currency to £10.

3.6 To benefit from the Promotion, Customer shall send SHARE to 38885 and follow prompts.

3.7 This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Promotion provided by Lebara, however it can be used with any other existing promotion.

3.8 The promotion may be withdrawn or changed at any time in full or in part at the absolute discretion of Lebara.

3.9 Lebara reserves the right in its absolute discretion, including where it considers there to have been, and/or there is a suspicion of, any breach of these terms and conditions, any fraud or any abuse of the service, to terminate suspected illegitimate services.
