All-In-One Top Up FAQs


Certain All-In-One top-ups include an expiry date of 30 days. This means that if you do not purchase another top-up during this time, your remaining expiring credit will expire (and will no longer be available). If you top-up before expiry, your remaining credit will be rolled over, and another 30 days validity will be added.

For £7.50, you receive a mix of 150 minutes which you can use to call to any of the selected international destinations, UK mobiles and landlines, UK and international SMS and MB of data. For example, 70 minutes of calls to a selected international destination, 50 minutes of UK calls and 30 SMS to any international or UK destination. It gives you the perfect balance of usage, and is completely flexible.

You can call 5588 to hear your balance or register for My Lebara to retrieve your balances.

If you have any standard Pay-as-you-go credit with Lebara (on the same mobile number), we will automatically use this credit for the remainder of the call. If you completely run out of credit, the call will drop and you will need to top-up (either All-In-One or Standard credit) to continue using your Lebara SIM.

If you purchase your top-up online, divide your remaining All-In-One balance by 3.3p.. If you purchased your top-up from a store, divide your remaining All-In-One balance by 5p. By doing this, you will be able to understand your remaining balance.

For example, you have £5 All-In-One credit remaining, which you purchased in a store. This equates to 100 remaining minutes, SMS and/or data available.

You can purchase £10, £20 and £30 via online instant top up, registered top up or via SMS top up.

When you top-up with a Lebara All-In-One top-up, your Unlimited Lebara to Lebara minutes and SMS are valid for 30 days from your top-up. After this time, you will be charged at the standard UK rates for minutes and SMS.

Each time you complete a Lebara All-In-One top-up, you will receive an SMS from Lebara advising you that you are now on the All-In-One tariff.

 If you are registered with My Lebara and have an Auto Top Up set up, you will not be able to move this over to your All-In-One account. Your Auto Top Up will continue to go to your existing PAYG account. If you do not want this to happen, you will need to log into My Lebara and turn off your Auto Top Up. You can top up your All-In-One account whenever you want to.
