Lebara All-In-One Terms and Conditions

Lebara All-In-One


  1. Lebara All-In-One is a separate Lebara tariff. 
  2. Lebara All-in-One may be extended, withdrawn or changed at any time, in full or in part, at the absolute discretion of Lebara. Unless the tariff is withdrawn or extended, it shall expire on 31.05.2013.

o   Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia (Does not include Rural), Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kenya, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macao, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, Norway, Oman, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Uganda, United States, Vatican City, Venezuela, Vietnam

-          Min Charge per session (0.1p per 20.5KB) (0.1p per 31KB)


  1. Message and call types not included in Lebara All-In-One:
    1. Calls to destinations not included in the above
    2. Premium SMS numbers
    3. MMS messages
    4. Video calls
    5. Roaming
  2. For destinations not included in the Lebara All-In-One destinations, calls will be charged at Lebara’s  standard rates, deducted from your All-In-One balance.
  3. All rates are in pence per minute and are applicable 24/7.
  4. Top-up vouchers may have a validity period of 30 days from activation. This means that if you don’t top-up within a 30 day period, any unused credit will expire. If you do complete another top-up, the remaining credit will rollover and 30 days’ validity will be restarted.
  5. Customers that have mistakenly purchased a Lebara All-In-One topup can transfer their Lebara All-In-One balance to their regular Lebara Pay-as-you-Go account by calling 5588 and speaking to a Customer Service representative. This can be undertaken at most once per month, and the entire balance must be transferred. Promotional or bonus offers cannot be transferred and will be forfeited upon transfer.
  6. Lebara Pay-as-you-Go offers and promotions do not apply to the Lebara All-In-One tariff unless otherwise specified.
  7. The General Terms and Conditions of Lebara at http://www.lebara.co.uk/terms-and-conditions shall continue to apply.

  1. Online Lebara top up rates:
    1. Promotion runs until 31.05.2013.
    2. Transactions completed through Instant Top-up, My Lebara (registered users) or SMS top up will attract a better rate of 3.3p / minute, SMS or MB of mobile internet.
    3. Top ups will be charged at £9.99, £19.99 or £29.99 for the £10, £20, £30 top ups. Customers will receive the full entitlement to the credit.
    4. The General Terms and Conditions of Lebara which can be viewed at www.lebara.co.uk apply to this offer. In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of the Online All-In-One top-up promotion and the General Terms and Conditions of Lebara, the General Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.
